Espresso machine: aim for around 18g in, 36g out, in 25 to 30 seconds. Grind finer if it runs fast, coarser if it runs slow.
Moka pot: fill the basket without tamping, and take it off the heat the moment it starts to gurgle.
Turkish: grind fine, one heaped spoon per cup, bring it up slowly and don't let it boil over.
Store the bag sealed, away from light and heat. Cupboard, not fridge. For the fullest cup, grind only what you need, just before brewing.
