Which No.9 blend should I choose?
If you like it smooth and easy, go with Aroma. If you want it rich and strong with thick crema, go with Crema. Prefer it dark and intense? Forte is our strongest (coming soon).

Will it work with my coffee machine?
Yes. Our blends work in automatic machines (like De'Longhi, Jura, Philips), espresso machines, moka pots, and Turkish coffee. Whole beans give you the fullest cup, so grind just before brewing.
Do I need a grinder?
For whole beans, yes, a grinder gets you the freshest cup. If you use a bean-to-cup machine, it grinds for you.
Will it taste too bitter or too sour?
No. Our blends are built to be smooth, chocolatey, and low in acidity, none of the sharp sourness or harsh bitterness you get from a lot of supermarket coffee. Crema is the smoothest on acidity, Aroma is soft and rounded, and Forte is our strongest and boldest for people who like it dark, still without the harshness.

How fresh is the coffee?
We roast in small batches in Slovenia and keep only as much stock as we can sell fresh, so you're never getting a bag that's been sitting for months. We ship the same or next business day.

Better beans, roasted in small batches here in Slovenia, instead of mass-roasted by the tonne for a supermarket shelf. It still works out to around €0.24 a cup, a fraction of what you'd pay for coffee at a bar.
